GLASGOW, UK: The Ubiquitous Chip, one of Scotland’s most famous restaurants and long time Glasgow institution, celebrates its 40th Anniversary. To mark the occasion an exclusive four course lunch menu has been designed by restaurateur Colin Clydesdale celebrate the styles of food served in the restaurant each decade since its inception in 1971.
